How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for regular events. For weddings and large events, we suggest booking 2-3 months ahead to secure your preferred date and ensure proper planning.

What's included in your service?

Our service includes: professional barista staff, premium coffee beans, all necessary equipment (espresso machine, grinder, etc.), cups, napkins, and basic setup. We also provide a customisable menu and can accommodate special requests.

How do you calculate pricing?

Pricing depends on several factors: number of guests, duration of service, location, specific menu requests, and additional services. We provide transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Contact us for a personalised quote.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash payments.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations 7-13 days prior receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable due to preparation costs.

What types of coffee do you serve?

We serve premium specialty coffee including espresso-based drinks (cappuccino, latte, americano), cold brew, seasonal specials, and alternative milk options. We use ethically sourced, freshly roasted beans from local roasters and suppliers.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! We offer dairy-free milk alternatives (oat, almond, soy), decaf options, and can accommodate most dietary preferences. Just let us know about any specific requirements when booking.

How many people can you serve?

Our capacity depends on the service duration, but typically we can serve 100-150 people per hour. For larger events, we can bring additional equipment and staff to ensure everyone gets their coffee promptly.

Do you provide pastries or food?

Yes! We offer a selection of fresh pastries, including croissants, muffins and healthy snacks. We can also coordinate with local bakeries for special orders to complement our coffee service.

Where do you serve?

We serve throughout the West Rand, with our primary service area being Roodekrans, Florida, Wilropark, Roodepoort, Krugersdorp and surrounding regions. For events outside our main area, a small travel fee may apply.

Can you serve at festivals or markets?

Absolutely! We love festival and market environments. We have all necessary permits and insurance for public events. Our professional setup and consistent quality make us a favorite among event organizers.

Do you offer wedding packages?

Yes, we offer special wedding packages that can include welcome coffee service, post-ceremony drinks, or late-night coffee bar. We work closely with wedding planners and can customize our service to match your wedding theme.
